What we do

The Ground Maintenance division of MAS cover all aspects of Garden and large area maintenance including large area grass cutting and maintenance of all properties ranging from long term maintenance plans to single operations, from large industrial and retail estates to small private agent managed properties and practically everything in between.

Schools and Colleges are also a large part of our client base with qualified and security cleared staff for these establishments.

We offer bespoke packages for maintenance contracts to suit the client’s requirements and strive to meet the challenges raised by a varied client base with different requirements.

We are licensed for the use of Herbicides where required and staff are trained and certificated to use the chemicals and equipment as needed. Please note, we are corporate members of IEMA and are committed to sustainability and control of pollution. Herbicides and pesticides ae used only as a last resort.
